1. Recruitment Process Support:
We offer guidance and assistance exclusively in the recruitment process for high school students. Our involvement is limited to providing information, resources, and advice to help students navigate their recruitment journey. We do not engage in any activities that could be construed as influencing or directing the students' decisions beyond providing support and information.
2. NIL Options for Athletes:
For high school athletes, Regan's Corner provides opportunities to explore NIL options that have been pre-approved by their respective schools. We ensure that all NIL engagements are in full compliance with the governing rules and regulations set forth by the schools and relevant athletic associations. Our role is to facilitate and inform, ensuring that athletes and their families understand the terms and conditions of any NIL agreements.

Payment POLICY - College student
The recent changes in college athletics have introduced a new dynamic with the implementation of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals. Under the current system, college athletes can now capitalize on their personal brand and earn revenue from endorsements and sponsorships. According to the latest structure, athletes will receive 75% of the earnings from NIL deals that are processed through an agency. This substantial portion ensures that the athletes, who are the primary draw, benefit the most from their personal brand and efforts.
Agents, who play a crucial role in negotiating and securing these deals, will receive 15% of the deal's value. This percentage compensates agents for their expertise, time, and effort in representing the athlete's interests, ensuring that they receive the best possible terms and opportunities. Agents are instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of endorsements, and their compensation reflects the value they add to the athlete's career.
The remaining 10% of the deal's profit is allocated to the agency itself. This share covers the operational costs of the agency, including administrative support, marketing, and other resources that facilitate the successful execution of NIL deals. Agencies provide a structured environment that supports both athletes and agents, ensuring that all parties can focus on maximizing the potential of NIL opportunities. By distributing the earnings in this manner, the system aims to fairly compensate all involved parties while prioritizing the financial well-being of the athletes.
